Ingredients:
β 6 cups fresh or canned peaches (drained, if using canned)
β 1 cup granulated sugar
β Β½ cup brown sugar
β 1 tsp cinnamon

β 1 tbsp cornstarch (to thicken that filling!)

β 1 cup all-purpose flour
β 1 cup whole milk
β 1 tsp vanilla extract
β 1Β½ tsp baking powder

Instructions:
1οΈβ£ Preheat oven to 375Β°F. Grease a 9x13 baking dish.
2οΈβ£ In a saucepan, mix peaches, sugars, cinnamon, nutmeg, cornstarch, and lemon juice. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until thickened. Pour into the baking dish.
3οΈβ£ In a bowl, whisk together flour, milk, vanilla, baking powder, and salt. Stir until smooth.
4οΈβ£ Pour batter evenly over the peaches. Do NOT stir! Pour melted butter over the batter.
